Lindsay and Garrett are the dream clients that you wish and you hope for. Not only are they like the best people on Earth, who are so much fun to hang out with, they are just so incredibly in love with each other! I really enjoy hanging out with these two so much that I kind of want to start a game night with them. Yep, they are game night people.
I’ve actually known Lindsay since she was 14! Can you believe that?! I started dating her then neighbor, who is my now husband and I’ve been so lucky to watch her grow into a beautiful and successful young woman. She was always a fun to hang out with and I remember thinking, “I want to hang out with Lindsay when she grows up and we can shop, and brunch, and be best friends!”
Lindsay is so fun to work with because she and I have such similar taste and style. If I like something, I know she’s bound to like it too, so when we were scouting for locations to do her and her husband Garrett’s Holiday portrait session, I recommended this open field location I found on the interwebs. I thought it would capture just the look they were going for and be a fun place to bring their cute little pups to join in on the Holiday festivities! Lindsay was totally onboard with this location and down for a little adventure too.
We lucked out, not only was the open field insanely gorgeous and everything that I hoped it would be, but the light was SO dreamy! Like a spectacular golden fire ready to envelop everything in its brilliant glow. I could have photographed them forever there and I already can’t wait until their next session. And maybe a game night in between.
