MURRIETA
Lori and Greyson are one of those couples you dream of getting to photograph. They claim to not be professional models, but I’m not sure if I entirely believe them. They were complete naturals! It was like I didn’t have to do anything but click a button. Any posing cue I gave them, they immediately got it right away and I got to just sit back and capture their love! Speaking of love, I love how these two college sweethearts got engaged.
Lori and Greyson just moved to California together only about a year ago, they were doing the long distance thing for awhile. Greyson was deployed with the Marines for most of the year (thank you for your service Greyson!) and was moving around quite a bit. Lori was holding down the fort in Dallas, but when Greyson got stationed at Camp Pendleton that January, she decided to apply for another position with her company that was based out of Southern California so her and Greyson could be together. Right before they moved to California, while they were still living in two different cities, Greyson drove down to Dallas to visit Lori for the weekend. It was December and they both love Christmas lights, so they decided to walk around the park and take in the season and all the beautiful lights. While Lori was underneath a tree looking up at the lights, she turned around and there Greyson was on one knee. I’m not crying, you’re crying. I think I have some extra tissue around here if you need some.
These two will be tying the knot this December in the mountains of Colorado. (Where they met!) I could not be more excited for these two. They are so warm and genuine, and so obviously in love with each other. It was such a joy to photograph these delightful romantics and I hope I get to see more of them soon! Also, who else is excited for a December wedding in Colorado?! Wedding portraits in the snow! Can you even?!
